Title: Ritz Mock Apple Pie [America]

Yield: 1 9" pie

2	c	Water
1 1/4	c	Sugar apple pie spice
2	ts	Cream of tartar
20	oz	Ritz crackers
2		Pastry for 9" pie

Bring to a boil the water, sugar, spice, and cream of tartar. Add 20 ounces Ritz crackers. Boil about 8 minutes. Pour into uncooked pie shell and cover with pastry top. Prick and bake at 425F for 30-35 minutes. Serve warm. It really does taste like apple pie!
